FAQS
yes, grip socks are required for all reformer classes. they help with safety, stability, and hygiene, and protect the equipment. you can bring your own, or purchase a pair at reception.
we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to settle in. once class begins, we keep the doors closed - it helps everyone stay present and undisturbed.
to keep the space respectful, tripods aren’t permitted during class. if you’d like to film yourself, please let your instructor know and choose a spot that doesn’t capture others. you’re welcome to take photos or create content in the 15 minutes after your session.
we understand plans change. you can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your class. any changes after that window will be charged in full.
our classes are open to those aged 16 and above.
yes - movement during pregnancy can be grounding and supportive. if you’re under 20 weeks, you’re welcome in any class. after 20 weeks, we suggest flow or private sessions so we can guide you safely and with care. please let your instructor know before class.
just yourself. we’ll take care of the rest - towels and filtered water are provided. grip socks are required for reformer classes and available to purchase at the studio. wear something you feel comfortable moving in, and arrive with a little time to settle before class begins.
memberships are non-refundable once purchased. if you’re unsure which option suits you best, we’re happy to help you choose the right pass before you commit.
