we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to settle in. once class begins, we keep the doors closed - it helps everyone stay present and undisturbed.

can i use my class pack to book someone else?

no, all class packs and credits are non-transferable and non-refundable - they are linked to the account of the person who purchased them and can only be used to book classes for that individual. credits cannot be used to book friends, family members, or anyone else.

can i take photos or bring a tripod?

to keep the space respectful, tripods aren’t permitted during class. if you’d like to film yourself, please let your instructor know and choose a spot that doesn’t capture others. you’re welcome to take photos or create content in the 15 minutes after your session.

we understand plans change. you can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your class. any changes after that window will be charged in full.

yes - movement during pregnancy can be grounding and supportive. if you’re under 20 weeks, you’re welcome in any class. after 20 weeks, we suggest flow or private sessions so we can guide you safely and with care. please let your instructor know before class.
